Have done two car deals with Bryan over the last few years. Both have been for our family car. He really takes the time to understand your situation and helps to find the best deal that makes sense. He is also easy to work with, responsive to lots of questions, and fun to barter with on the specifics of the deal. He does a great job on checking up with you after purchase to make sure everything is working well. The finance and managment team is also very professional, and can get you in and out quickly. Highly reccomend!
First time visiting Twin Falls VW and had an amazing experience. Welcoming team in the service and sales departments! Had an old bug on display. That was really cool seeing that history. We just bought a 2025 Tiguan from Goode VW in Twin Falls. We had an amazing salesman, Brian Erke, who has gone above and beyond in making the buying process smooth and easy. I had to leave my car to have the windows tinted and some other things looked over and he sent me home in a loaner car. He also delivered the car while I was working 30 minutes away. He didn’t even need to do that, but definitely appreciates his customers! We will be repeat customers in the future!

Every other dealership denied me except this one, Maria did an amazing job getting me a car I loved and could afford, she seemed like she actually cared deeply about her customers and fought tooth and nail to get me a car! (despite my less than stellar credit) They had free snacks and drinks too! (including coffee and hot chocolate). 10/10 Service. Would get a car from Maria again! They need to give her a raise AND a promotion!

I completed my most recent oil change service here. The waiting room is much nicer than a Jiffy Lube or other chain and they do the oil service by appointment- when I pulled up they took my truck and started immediately. They send out a text with a link so that you can track your vehicles' progress. The service manager and everyone at the dealership are super pleasant and have great customer service. Would highly recommend.
